Junior Support Engineer (contract)

Lidlabs is looking for a person who lives and breathes tech and loves solving problems to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
  •  Provide realtime technical support to Lidlabs customers.
  •  Ensure customers are satisfied with the effectiveness and efficiency of the support they receive.
  •  Utilize knowledge of the customer environment to deliver timely, high quality incident resolution focusing on root cause analysis, prevention, and knowledge sharing between peers.
  • Analyze, debug, and resolve customer incidents and be able to convey this information to customers within given service levels.
  •  Develop a relationship with customers and follow through on customer commitments with courtesy and a sense of ownership.
  • Collaborate with technical peers in order to improve product efficiency and satisfaction of customer support.

Sr. Ruby Developer

We are looking for a strong self-driven senior programmer with great Ruby and Architecture knowledge. We’re currently running RoR + MySQL + Redis + RabbitMQ, and need a developer who can grow the backend as well as extend our API for multi-tenant RabbitMQ management. There is minimum work on the front end with SASS/CSS and Bootstrap, part of UI work will be done by the UI designer.
